She took it like a champ and had no signs of fussiness. She now has two new &#8220;toys&#8221; to play with, inside her mouth, which she enjoys very much. <\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a challenge to get her toothy grin for the camera, so all we get is this smiley one.
