Indy participated in a language and linguistics lab study at UCLA. As a thank you they gave her a certificate and a t-shirt.

Indy first did this last week, but really seems to have mastered it the last two days. Last week she cut not one, but two teeth, learned a fun new sound (that is akin to gargling one’s own saliva) and dared the roll-over. So, it’s not too surprising that we’ve seen a double in her intake of milk!

New handle
Indy has located a(n oh, sh*t!) handle conveniently placed on the side of my head. She holds on tightly while we walk around and she inspects the world at large.
Tooth Siting!
This week in Indy news, a sharp protrusion can be felt in the lower ridge of her mouth. It’s official. We’re getting a tooth!
As you can see, she’s not entirely enamored with the process. Daddy has tried to explain to her how exciting it will be to be able to use those teeth for things like pizza and cheeseburgers, but it seems to be of little consolation to her.
Play date
Aaden tells Indy to just use her imagination and look over there, while she wonders how she can get out of this date. Then he does the Cabbage Patch and she reconsiders. Ah, dating.
Later, Ada chaperoned to make sure there wasn’t any funny business.
