This week in Indy news, a sharp protrusion can be felt in the lower ridge of her mouth. It’s official. We’re getting a tooth!
As you can see, she’s not entirely enamored with the process. Daddy has tried to explain to her how exciting it will be to be able to use those teeth for things like pizza and cheeseburgers, but it seems to be of little consolation to her.
Aaden tells Indy to just use her imagination and look over there, while she wonders how she can get out of this date. Then he does the Cabbage Patch and she reconsiders. Ah, dating.
Later, Ada chaperoned to make sure there wasn’t any funny business.

We were gifted/lent this nifty, spongy, little green chair – called a Bumbo Seat – from our friends the Wevers.
It fits perfectly to the wee one’s bum and keeps her from flopping to either side while she practices sitting upright. She has already shellacked it nicely with her saliva, claiming it as hers.
Indy loves this new toy, it’s soft and flexible so she can grab it easily, chew on it and wear it as a large bracelet.
While feeding miss Indy, I noticed her little hands gripped onto the bottle, so I let go to see if she would continue to hold on. She couldn’t lift it, but she wasn’t giving up anytime soon.
