Indy was only mildly amused with our outing today. She liked the dramatic pictures and bold colors of the art, but often looked puzzled directly after.
Today I was treated to a yoga session at the house from my doula, Aria. Wow, that really lifted my spirits! Stretching is so underrated.
We only got half hour of stretching in before Indy wanted to join in on the fun, but Aria taught me some “mommy and me” poses that keep Indy in the loop as well as adds some resistance to the workout. Yay!
The little miss is sleeping lots the last two days, napping nearly 3 hours after her morning feeds, and very hungry thereafter. Me thinks she’s going through a growing spurt.

At playtime we strapped on these neat little wrist and feet toys that rattle and crinkle giving an added “cause and effect” of moving her arms. She’s been looking at her hands lately and trying to figure out what they are. It’s as if I can hear her say, “There’s those things again! They follow me everywhere….”
